Jaysessentials offers a warranty on our portable and rechargeable products to guarantee quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Warranty Period:
All products come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

2. Coverage:
Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Battery issues related to manufacturing defects are included.

3. Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear.
Improper charging or use of incompatible accessories voids warranty.

4. Claim Process:
Contact customer support within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
Provide details and evidence (photos/videos) of the defect.
Jayneri Technologies will assess and decide on repair, replacement, or refund.
