At Jaysesentials we are committed to providing quality portable and rechargeable products to our customers. Please read our exchange policy carefully to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Products must be returned within 24 hrs for delivery within Abuja, 72hrs outside Abuja and 7 working days for international deliveries.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Products powered by batteries (portable/rechargeable items) must not show signs of tampering, damage, or misuse.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Products that show signs of battery misuse, damage, or improper handling.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Products damaged due to user error or unauthorized repair attempts.
3. Exchange Process
Contact our customer service at +2349133530282 within 24 hrs of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Provide your order number and reason for the exchange.
Once approved, return the product to the address provided by our support team.
Exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days upon receipt and verification of the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
5. Defective Products
If the product is defective on arrival, please report within 24 hours with evidence (photos/videos).
We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
